Super irritated with actionenvelope.com!!!

I ordered some samples of envelopes to use with my DIY invitations...well for every sample you buy for $1, they give you a coupon to use when you make a purchase so you get your $$$ back.

Well, I bought my envelopes last night and went to use my promo code and it didn't work. The purchase went through but it didn't give me back my $4. So, I emailed them since their customer service was gone for the day.

Today, they email me back saying that they took care of it and credited my order (they even sent me a new invoice). WELL….FH calls to say that they actually debited my account another $4…so now they owe me $8. How ridiculous is that!? To make matters worse…FH and I have been fighting about $$$ ALL DAY! I know its only $8….but FH harps on $$, so this was a big deal! Oh lord! I emailed their customer service once again and no answer. Ugh!

Thanks for letting me vent!

this sounds like the episode of Frasier where the dad got an extra $20 and then went to give it back to the bank who then gave him ANOTHER $20 back instead of fixing the issue.

can you take a 'cigarette' break and go outside to go yell at them?

that's VERY annoying! but don't stress too much over it - it'll be ok in the end

what a bunch of dumbassssesss they got working over there!

id call them and raise hell... usually works for me!
