SUPER VENDOR RAVE!!! Farm Direct Roses!!
Some of you know that I used Farm Direct for the roses in the centerpieces for my e-party, that was on Apr 23. WELL...My FMIL STILL has the roses in the vase, and when I was over there this week, a number of spots where I had pulled off the leaves...there was NEW GROWTH!!!! And ALL the roses were in amazing condition!!!
I HIGHLY!!!! recommend this place, even for 'everyday' roses!!! The cost, staff and delivery were great as well. (I dealt with Katia) I ordered 200 roses and paid $149 (INCLUDING shipping)! They were scheduled to be delivered before noon the day before the party, and they were!! I took them out of the box, pulled off ALL the leaves (I like the look of a clean rose) and left them soaking in sugary water (NOTE: IF you ever get roses and don't have plant food--USE SUGAR) over night and they were cut to the necessary height about 10 minutes before the party.
Here is a couple pics I took of FMIL's roses only a few days after the party. Didn't have the camera there during the week, but will take MORE pics this weekend!!!
