We are having a bunch of people over for Superbowl. FH is making his chili and I am making appetizers Does anyone have a sure thing appetizer?

Nachos, wings, french onion dip & chips, etc.
a good nacho recipe is:
take 1/3 low fat cream cheese softened and spread in bottom of microwave proof casseroll. Then add one can chili w/ beans on top and then add one bag shredded cheddar. Microwave until cheese is melted. It sounds gross but it is SO GOOD.
