I was just wondering because a lot of you are saying you'll tip better for excellent service. Could you tell me what you think that is. I have been a waitress before but what is the service on my wedding day supposed to be like? Maybe some of you had exceptional Maitre'ds and bridal attendants and you could share some stories? I'm considering places only in Suffolk county,between mt.sinai and Babylon. Any help would be appreciated ladies.
By far...the Magestic Gardens had the best service ever! My napkin never went unfolded and my glass was never empty. Soiled dishes were immediatley taken away!
I can tell you My Bridal Assistant was amzing, every time I tunred around when I needed something she was right there. I spilled chocolate fountain on my dress and she ran over immediately and tried to clean it. When what she had didnt work ahe ran out and got something else. She was bringing me overmy favorite drinks before they were even empty. They made me a special meal necause I am a vegatarian. When DH wanted a few minutes alone in the Bridal Suite she surprised us with a little of everything from the cocktail hour! I could go on and on and on... She was amazing!
