superstition about celebrity deaths....

I always have heard that 'it comes in 3' or something like that -ex, unfortuanlately Johnny Cash and John Ritter passed away.

Now I feel like I am waiting to hear the 3rd person - doesn't it always seem that it happens that way?

I find that death in general comes in 3's, celebrity or not. I mentioned it to someone once and she burst into tears because she had 2 deaths in her family and her father was very ill. I don't remember ever feeling worse than that.

I feel like it's just bad things in general happen in 3's .. not so much death.

My coworker found out a friend of her's has lukemia... my.. uhmm 'cousin'? (it's the grandchild of my cousin) who's 1 and a half was also diagnosed with lukemia and I was just waiting for the shoe to fall so to speak.. when my Dad called to say my grandfather had a minor stroke.

PS: I misspelt a lot of that.. oh well!

OMG!!! I am so sad...I LOVED John Ritter...

in my kindergarten book from 1979 it says that Three's Company was my favorite TV show...

I am so incredibly sad...

My husband said the same thing. When Celia Cruz passed away, then Lucille Roberts passed and then another celebrity (can't remember right now). I hope nobody else passes.

I was told yesterday that well, She's not a 'celebreity' but the voice of the Childrens cartoon Caillou dies 2-3 days ago. (she was only 17)

And John Ritter is the voice of Clifford

How weird it that???

My grandmother always said that celebrity deaths happen in 3's. Warren Zevon died a couple of days ago, so I just added him along with Johnny Cash and John Ritter.
