Superstitions?

Hello.....my Friends at work were talking today about Superstitions for your wedding day...

Anyone have any good ones?

The one that I know and will be doing is your MOH should put a shiny 2006 (or the year you are getting married) penny in your shoe! It should always bring you money!

Well not to see FH before the ceremony (we might though to take pics - eek!)

To have something new, blue, old and borrowed for good luck.....

Oh and this is cute:

Married when the year is new, he'll be loving, kind & true,
When February birds do mate, You wed nor dread your fate.
If you wed when March winds blow, joy and sorrow both you'll know.
Marry in April when you can, Joy for Maiden & for Man.

I'm not loving the July one - but whatever! i'm sure there are tons!

Oh this one too - I guess it explains why brides usually wear white and have something blue:

Only Good Changes!

FH and I are not going to see eachother before the ceremony.

And he wants to know NOTHING about my dress. Even when I was looking through a dozen bridal magazines, he would get all freaked out when I would ask him what he thought about a particular dress. As if I was going to show him my actual dress...yeah right!!

FH will not see my until I walk down the aisle!

I forgot about the penny...Thanks Denise, we know we both can use the money
