Someone just typed the word epic to me in the correct context (i.e. 'epic proportions'), and all I saw was e-pic as in engagement pics.

lol. I TOTALLY understand. As an HIV social worker I do counseling for 'frequent offenders' aka people who keep coming back with multiple sexually transmitted diseases. Soooo many times when I review a medical chart and I see STD in it, I think, what does a save the date have to do with this. Then reality hits me oh this isn't the pleasant std I am thinking about.

i have caught myself talking in 'code' from here too...

The STD one gets me everytime! My sister first started saying it to me (she's married) and I couldn't do it for awhile. Had to write out and say the whole sentence...save the date

I've since embraced it

I told one of my co-workers I want to do a TTD after the wedding

Her response: Do I even want to know what that is?

So I was on and my sister was next to me n she was lIke What the heck is an STD lmao I said save the date

HA! We all love getting STDs

When we go to the doctors we are going to mark off STDs with a big CHECK!!!!!
