surprise work shower

I just walked into a meeting that had been 'rescheduled' and it was actually a surprise showe at work! I am so touched!!! I was literally really surprised, I didn't expect anything and I'm NEVER surprised. Everyone gave me recipes and bakeware and other amusing things. My boss signed the card, best of luck 'but don't let it interfere with manuscript writing' in his warm and fuzzy way (he was kidding...mostly )

Anyway, I was sort of just bursting with warm fuzzy and wanted to share with other people who aren't totally sick of hearing all things wedding
