It's Friday, it's lent and I am pretending to be a practicing Catholic. I am ordering Sushi for lunch - and even though it is over 2 hours away I can't stop thinking about what I should get. I am thinking a jester roll - seared tuna with crab meat mango and spicy mayo with fresh tuna on top. But I am not sure. Does anyone know any REALLY GOOD kind of sushi I might consider trying?

Sorry. California Roll is as far as I go. I'm not a big fan o the fish.

i dig the spicy tuna and spicy salmon. i also like the yellowtail.
i stay away from softshell crab and caviar. i do not like them.
