Dao on 25A in Huntington. Definitely tasty - the sushi is delish and it's also an asian fushion restaurant with plenty of other stuff on the menu if sushi isn't your thing.

nisen is by far the best sushi place in Long Island IMHO
yokohama has good sushi, the atmosphere is not as nice as Nisen tho

Agree with all other recs, but my new fave is Aki. Don't go for the atmosphere, but if you want awesome food...it's your place!
