I actually didn't go this weekend (I was considering it yesterday, but the last two times I went I didn't get anything so I am taking a few weeks off).
This is my next PB purchase:
We have a gift card that is burning a hole in our pockets.
PS - my den and living room are almost all PB - it is almost sad.

It is a nice big outlet
I would call before you go to see what the sales are. They have been having alot of sales lately, but the sales change constantly. The last three times I went they had 30% off everything plus 25% off lamps, then 40% off furniture, and now 50% off furniture.
It is hit or miss but they have LOTS Of nice stuff (but if you are looking for somethign in particular you might not find it). They get new stuff on Fridays, so that is the best day to go (or Saturday). If you take a look in the sales section at potterybarn.com alot of the times that sale stuff is what I see pop up at the outlets.
I didn't see any filing cabinets the last time I went, but I wasn't looking for them so I might not have noticed them if they were there.
It isn't messy like some of the other outlets. They also reorganize it constantly. The onlyl section that is messy is in the back right near Westelm where they have the super clearance 70% off (like a super sales section).

oh and if they aren't having a sale and you see something you like, I would buy the Coupon Book they sell for $5. There is a PB coupon for 10% off $100, 20% off 200 and 30% off $300+
(and there are coupons for other outlets I love like BCBG and Banana Republic)

it's also connected to a Williams Sonoma outlet. It's pretty well organized, but it gets a little crazy in the back of the store.
The sales is what makes it worth the trip IMO, plus hitting the other stores for clothes, etc.
I didn't see any filing cabinets there either.
I don't know about delivery though.

me neither. They will hold items for you for 24 hours. That is all I know.
