Its going ok.. i smoked 1 cigarette, Monday and one cigarette yesterday.. not bad.... how about you???

Seriously, how are you doing? Have you set up a schedule of treats for no smoking?

Yea, once i can go a whole week with out smoking i am going to buy myself an outfit at the gap, and today i found the one i want!!

CANT WAIT FOR THE PUDDING SNACK!!!
