did anyone watch last nights Prime Time - it was all about HSN and the people who sell. they interviewed Suzanne and it seems that she makes about $50 million a year from her products!!!

My sis and I have been racking our brains trying to come up with a million dollar idea!!
What stinks is, the endorsements were handed to her. It's not like she designed this stuff or came up with Sommersizing.

It seems from the show she didn't make any of it she just slaps her name on everything - clothes, diet powders, jewelry, etc.
It was interesting though to go behind the scenes on how they pick the products, etc.
Would you buy a toothbrush cleaner? The couple were trying to sell the germinator, some kind of cleaner. HSN gave them a shot.

I saw this piece last night and it inspired me to invent something! Very interesting....I work in marketing/sales so I understand about sales techniques and marketing goals.....
I dont think Suzanne Sommers invents things but she has a creative hand in what goes into her product line and provides ideas of what she likes (in her clothing lines) and approves/disapproves everything. She probably invested some time and money initially as well as her reputation.
