Hey!! I've been typing so much, I didn't even see this!
I'm going for a fitting next tuesday, and in direct opposition to my longstanding rule of posting no pics, I will take a pic and post it.
I am really freaking about this bubble now, and need some serious honesty. I'm counting on it!!

Oh, and another thing- I'm freaking about the fabric swatches. It looks beige! I wanted cream, and the silk dupioni I wanted doesn't come in it. I'm quite stressed.

i cant wait...it will be gorgeous...and no worries with color..my dress says ivory and it is so beige and GOLD...the pics on here dont show but I friggin love it anyway...cant wait to see

OOOOHHHH- now you got me so excited!!
You know, I feel kind of wierd about it. People put up pics, and everyone says how beautiful they are. But (and this is not self-deprecating, it's just honest), I'm not 'bridey' looking. Frankly, I look like a lunch lady more than anything, and I feel like people will say 'Beautiful!' and then FM each other- 'oh my GOD. That was grotesque.' Remember in Seinfeld when Elaine's friend kept saying 'You have to see the baby!' and they finally see the baby, and the baby is gross?
Sort of like that. But in real life. And I'm the baby. the prospects are daunting.

so funny...i am not bridey either...my mom yelled at me throughout the fittings process cause i wouldnt let her take pics...without hair and makeup and all that,,you cant get the full idea...well..at least not with my dress since its not you typical gown...its so different from most of the strapless things that most pickout today. I am really excited to see how it all comes together on the day of...but thats why the pics i did post are so lame...they are so bad and dont do any justice....cause i guess i am over it...i am too old to care...LOL

dude i used to be the anti-bride. I dont look 'bridey' at all. Im covered in tattoos and flat chested (thank god for those jelly boobies)
I HATE the word Fiance and want to strangle myself everytime i have to say it outloud.
Im sure everyone will be blown away by your dress.

You and this lunch lady!! I doubt anyone would FM anyone else and talk about you. I can't wait and I am SO sure and would bet my life...that in that dress, with some flowers, your hair did and a beautiful smile....you will DEFINITELY look 'bridey'.
