Suzanner - how's day one of This Blows 09?

How are you feeling today? I felt like an addict going through withdrawals yesterday when I stopped. I had made a lot of Christmas cookies and a lot were still left overand I threw them all out yesterday. It was a sad moment. Also, the night before we had Taco Bell and I didnt finish it all but threw it out since I knew I couldn't have leftovers anymore - in a moment of weakness I almost wanted to take it out of the garbage and see if it were still edible but thankfully I made it through without eating out of the trash.

Hope your diet is going well so far!

I have too much candy leftover from the holidays...fudge, cookies, brownies...either I am going to throw them all out or give the to FFIL!

We are doing ok so far. FH is really motivated so it's making it easier! So far egg whites two days in a row. I also bought one of those big creates of clementins so they make a great snack.

I go through a crate of those a week. Im obsessed. lol

I am doing good.. but FH stops at dunkin this morning while giving me a ride to work and comes out with a little peice of heaven aka choco coconut donut.. I was good tho, I said no thanks and stuck to my clementine and nutri-grain bar!

Pits.. YUCK. I buy them from Stop and Shop and they have no pits and are always delicious

OK I threw ALL of the cookies and candy in the garbage if I didn't have to look at it then I was fine.

I took the garbage out to the curb so I wouldn't be like Chandler and eat from the garbage!

So you did get Taco Bell . Today is day 1 for me....I'll let you know how it goes

I dont know how well the diet is going to work. I decided that it would be a good idea to quit smokin too, so I am soooooo lost now!!!
