Swan Club
Re: Swan Club
I went a wedding there two years ago and had a great time. I think they used the Camelot room too. The room didn't seem crowded, service was good and the staff was friendly.
Re: Swan Club
My daughter got married at the Swan Club in Nov. She had her reception in the Camelot Room. We had 160 people. We were able to elminate a few tables. I wouldn't try to squeeze more than 200 people in that room. There was one table that seated 7 people. This table was situated between 2 pillars. We elminated that. Did you get the seating plan yet? They had two tables separate from the others near the entrance to the room. We elminated those also. The place was just wonderful. The food was excellent and the service was great. Our Maitre'd was Christian. He was terrific. Very attentive. I forgot the bridal attendants name, but she was excellent too. We got their cake and had our florist decorate it. It was delicious.
Re: Swan Club
Oh good !!! yeah everyone is saying no more then 200. I heard that if you put those 2 tables by themselves the bridal party entrance is tight. But, I am happy to hear everything was good !!!
Re: Swan Club
I am a Swan Club bride too! I went there just this past weekend because I was also worried about having more then 200 ppl in the Camelot room, and I do not believe that 235 would fit. They gave us the floor plan (if you don't have it I can scan it and email it to you, if you want). Our guest list is up to 237 (and we want to add a couple if possible) and I'm hoping that we get 200 or less. If we have to put those two extra tables then we will, but I would love not too, and I also do not want the table in between the pillars at all, it just looked to cramped. Everyone is just so nice there, so I was set on making my guest list work with that room.
