Has anyone gotten married at the Swan Club or been to a wedding there. I booked my wedding there in the Camelot room, and plan on having no more then 200 people. Did the room seem crowded, or was it big enough for about 200 people? They say it holds 235, but I went back the other day an dit looked smaller so now im worried

I was in that room in May of last year and they had 215. It was so crammed and everytime someone had to walk past us we had to get up... IT was a nice place though.. maybe a smaller size would be the best bet.. just being honest hope its helpful

Oh man thats what I was afraid of. No I def want complete honesty !!!! Thank You !!! I keep stressing to my fiance & FMIL that we have to stay under 200 like I would be perfectly happy w/ 170 180. But, judging from the e-party we might have the whole word there !

I hear you with having the entire world there but many poeple were complaining that it was to packed and would have been much better with les people.. My friend was upset bc they said it would be comfortable and it wasn't.

i'm stressing about the same thing. I am just going to do my best to keep it under 200. My invite list is at 230 though!! So nervous.

i had said the same thing on the 09 board. I went to a wedding in that room and it was about 200 people. it seemed comfortable, but i would NOT add more people to that number. I'd keep it under 200 if possible. it wasnt like we were on top of eachother, but if another table was added then it would be a little squashed

Yeah they told me 235 so I figured we would be safe, but I brang my MOH there Sat and it looked so small. I think I fell in love w/ the coctail room and forgot about the reception lol Oh well when the lists come out there will just have to be heavy editing. Thank you so much for being honest !!
