We are between Swan Club and CHCC..I am torn!! I love the grounds @ swan club, but I get the feeling the actual room is tight (Camelot) I have 150-160 party...I don't want to feel cramped.. ANy thoughts? DJ takes space on the dance floor, Maybe too loud bc of confines space?..On the other hand CHCC is amazing as well, and their rooms are very spacious... Going back to CHCC tom! I love them both :/

I have never been to CHCC so I can't give you an opinion but Swan Club is def gorgeous. If i'm not mistaken the Camelot is their biggest room and if you plan to have 150-160ppl I think you will def have more than enough space. I'm in the Garden room which is the 2nd biggest and holds up to 160. When I was there this past Wed I saw the room set up for 150 and there was def plently of space for all of the guests, dancing, dj, bars, etc. My 1st meeting @ Swan we sat in the Camelot room to dicuss the packages and the room was huge. For the amount of ppl you plan to have I think it will def be spacious enough. HTH

Yes they do. You will be assigned a Maitre D and a bridal attendant.

I am a Swannie in the Garden Room as well. I am going for lunch this Friday and can't wait!!!

Does anyone know the exact date of the bridal showcase? I've never been to one of those and I'm thinking of going...

I'm thinking of choosing the Contessa room because my party is around 125-150...I like the huge dancefloor in this room and the awesome elevated view of the entire lake and gardens. I also like the Garden room but I'm afraid of the dancefloor being too small what do you think?

I was aiming for 100 but may be slightly over like 120. I personally liked the privacy of the garden room with it's own entrance and bathroom. So depends which factors you like more. I don't think the dancefloor is thaaaaat small...but smaller than the other room
