Swan Club Brides!!!!

Anyone who had their reception in the Garden Room--how many guests did you have??

SC says it can accommodate 160 but did anyone go over this number?

If you are worried about your numbers going higher, I would just spring for the camelot room instead and guarantee the 165... (ps: i talked em down to 150 min for that room)

at the time we booked... we only had about 125 on our list, but FH wanted that gorgeous CH room... good thing we did bc our list is now up to 200... you dont realize how many people you initally forget on the prelim guestlist

We didn't book the Swan Club, but were considering the Garden Room. I personally think over 160 people would be a little tight - we were going to have 100. The tables are just already so close to the dance floor, i dont see you being able to add more, so you would have to put more people at each table.

I'm sure you can make anything work though...I would ask your BM. The Swan Club is beautiful, and I LOVED the Garden Room CH room!!!
