Hey ladies, so Im soo excited about booking with the swan club!!
I dont know if there are any other threads out there so I figured I would start one!
My wedding date is July 25, 2010 in the Camelot Room!!

Yep!!! They are quoting the same price for Sundays from April all the way to August!!!! Couldn't beat that. At first i thought I could never have a summer wedding......I thought the price would be out of reach. But after Jordana told me of the prices, I was like OMG maybe I can do this.
I thought keeping the wedding around April/May to save money. For April, I wouldn't know if the flowers would be out. May is a bit too busy with Mother's Day, FH's birthday and May 30th at my church was already booked. So I needed to regroup and try to find other viable Sundays.
So I called my priest, asked him about June 6th then called Jordana asked about the room being available. And VOILA!! I am booked.....I still can't believe it!!!

I was orginally going for the SAturday and when I saw the prices it was sooo much and then Jordana told us what the Sunday was and you cant go wrong at all, the platinum package at that price is awesome!!!!

We didn't do the the Platinum because we only have about 75-85 pp. We thought the Silver Menu had a lot of stuff already. The only thing that I may want to add is maybe the Vienesse Hour. We'll see about that, though.
FH and I had their tasting lunch there yesterday. I had soup, salad and the Filet Mignon, a glass of wine and the Peach Melba and I was so stuffed that I didn't eat dinner. So imagine adding on top of that CH food and a wedding cake.....I am going to explode that day!!

i havent gone yet, but I was at the showcase and ate sooo much....may fav was the eggplant rolatini, but I cant wait to go for the tasting.

The tasting was excellent!!!
Actually, it is a full lunch selection. There are two menus there one is a regular menu for customers, the other is the lunch tasting menu for those interested in booking or booked.
The only thing they charge is for alcoholic beverages and gratuity. Since I only had one glass of wine, they didn't charge me. So we tipped the our waiter very nicely. Service was superb. And the food was sooooooo good, even FH was surprised.
If you can go with FH, I totally recommend it!!

Hi All,
Another Swan Club bride here. We are booked for 10/2/2010. I went to the Bridal expo not really expecting much (since I had already had a tasting and had booked right after). We had a good time but didn't win anything, so we thought. I got a phone call a week later from 'In The Mix' DJ's saying that the person that had won the free DJ prize had already booked a DJ so they were passing it to us. We are pretty excited for the savings though we're kinda hesitant seeing that we have never seen them in action, but happy all the same.
Can't wait to see the the SC in better weather. Congrats to everyone.

I got married at the SC in May 08. Im so jealous of all you girls still planning! I keep telling Dh that i really hope someone we know has a wedding there so we can go back. We keep saying we are going to go for lunch one day soon. Its an amazing place - i cant say enough good things.
