lol. I think for awhile there I was sending them one question a week.

I actually email another today. In case anyone knows the answer....we are getting married in the pavillion and we wanted to know if our florist can decorate the swan club arch or they have to bring in their own?

OH... I dont know, but I dont see a reason why they would have a prob with your florist adding to it... Buttt i did ask them about what kind of flowers are in it and what color--- They said it is all white with greenery and is made of orchids, lillies, etc

ETA: Or do you mean having their plain arch with no flowers and having your florist use it with his own flowers? I doubt they would allow that

i put an email into them. We hate the way they have the arch decorated. its very plain looking.

we have it added in our contract right now, but im thinking of removing it... just because our ceremony is outside on the patio which has flowers scattered around... i think it would look better without

I wanted to update this in case anyone was wondering. No you cant have your florist decorate their arch. You can however rent and arch and have it brought in. I would say their arch is mostly green with a few white flowers in it. We decided to skip the arch all together.
