We made an appointment to do this and met with the GM. He showed us a book of their cakes and told us that he would recommend using their Vendor - Leonetti's. The Swan Club cakes were very basic. They do not have any Fondant options. So we went to Leonetti's and ended up getting our cake there. The price was extremely reasonable considering what I have heard quote from other brides. The owner sat down and worked with us through the whole thing. I would definitely recommend checking them out if you have the money in your budget.

Here!
We're using their house baker, no outside vendor. We weren't thrilled with the choices of decoration, so we're going with round tiers and whipped cream...no extra decorations on it...I'm providing cake ribbon and a cake topper, and that's that!
Cake will be vanilla with a chocolate cream filling.

Me!!! FH & I are going on Wednesday to finalize the menu! We are just going to go with their cake - we will have a cake topper & rose petals around the table.
Can't wait!!!

I honestly can't be bothered to pay more money for a cake and hate the taste of fondant so i will be using their cake and if need be giving them supplies to decorate it.
Does anyone know the flavor choices??????

I used their cake and and it was soooo gooooood!!! No need to pay for an outside baker... We had red velvet which was soo moist and perfect.... Our maitre d and bridal attendant decorated our cake to match a pic of what we wanted... They said they had never made something like that before and and absolutely loved it! I just supplied them with everything additional in the pic and they matched it perfectly!
