Happy Almost Spring Bride Mates!

I started a previous Swan Club thread and wanted to do an updated one for upcoming Swannie Brides like myself.

How's it coming along ladies for those of you fellow Swannie Brides getting married this year or next year? I'm 6 months away and can't believe how fast time flew!

My Mom bought my wedding dress for me, which I'm soo excited and grateful for.

Which rooms are you ladies booked in? And for fellow Swannie Brides that recently got married there, what was your experience like?

Excited for my wedding there next year. We are booked in the Camelot room. I'm not too far along in my planning yet, but would love to hear other's experiences.

That's awesome! The Camelot room is really nice! I like the cocktail hour room as well for that room.

A couple of fellow Swannie Brides gave me some great feedback regarding their wedding experience there.

Im in the contessa room. im not using any of the preferred vendors, some of them were wonderful but I found others that fit my vision.

Is everyone doing there photos at the venue or stopping first to get some photos in... I cant decide,

We are taking some photos at the hotel when we get ready. I think I want to a first look as well.

We did do hotel blocks with the hotels the Swan Club suggested: 'Andrew Hotel' & 'Hampton Inn.'

Im getting really annoyed with the swan club, Ive only called two or three times to ask questions regarding details of my wedding day and every time they seemed so annoyed and that theyre too busy to answer a question and state that I didnt need to talk to them about this. Well I didnt ask for anyone in particular this is who your clerk put on the phone... hmmmf

Hi!

I say your best bet is to go in person to speak to them. My FH & I visited the Swan Club about 3 times last year. Each time the staff remembered us and was very nice to us. I didn't have any problems with them at all. I even met with my BM, Agim and he went over some things with us and showed us the additional Bridal Suite near the ceremony space that I didn't see the first time.

Yikes! I haven't had that experience, although I was surprised that they didn't call/email/send a letter about the Showcase in February.

Hi!

The room is literally near the parking lot area. When my FH and I went there for a tasting with our mothers, one of the ladies at the front desk was telling me they were renovating one of the suites. So I was surprised and told her I thought all the suites were upstairs. That was one of my concerns, walking downstairs in my dress from the suite to the ceremony space. I was going to go downstairs barefooted to be honest and then put on my heels. So then Agim, our BM took us and showed us the suite near the ceremony space outside and it was a decent size. It seemed spacious and the bathroom was clean. So I was relieved to find there was a room closer to the ceremony space and Garden Room where our reception will be.

You can ask your BM to show you that suite. It shouldn't be a problem.
