Swan Club Brides *******UPDATED

I am getting married there in a few months and I wanted to know if past or future Swan Club brides know if the hall provides menus for our guests??? Anyone know??? Thank you so much in advance for any info you may be able to pass on

well girls...i called the swan club on my way home from work and found out about the menu sitaution...they do not provide them for us...he said they have the waiters come around and descibe the appetizers, entrees, etc...that we choose...he did say that when we begin meeting with our banquet manager as i near the wedding, he can provide us with a format/template of how to properly put together a menu for us to do ourselves...so we'll see...hope this was helpful

yeah...i was up in the air about it, but it probably is not too difficult or time consuming, so I am thinking I will as well...glad i could help

hi all,

i started a very simple design for our menu cards that i will finish once i finalize our menu. we meet with the swan club on the 8th. as soon as i have them done, i'll post pics!

Anyways I did ask them about the menu when I was there last month, and they said they can make the menu for us if we didn't' want to do it. So I guess I won't know until we meet with them to finalize our menu.

HI!!! Sorry I haven't had a chance to write--I feel like time is FLYING by and there are still a million things to do! It's so exciting though, right!?!?!?

When do you go in to finalize your menu? I think I will definitely make my own menu cards so they match my 'theme' :)

Don't worry about it.. I know we're all busy..

I think I'm going in sometime at the end of march.

But other then that I'm pretty much done.. And ready to send out the invites. =)

Hey are you having the arch thing at the ceremony area?? I'm second guessing .. Not to have one at all.. What do you think?
