I got married ther on July 13 and everyone is raving about the food. I was nervous about their food, and I had nothing to worry about at all. We started with the fruit in the melon. Most people get pineapple I think. It looked so impressive. For a main course we had chicken sorentino...so good! The cheese on top was delicious. We had salmon as the fish- the sauce is amazing. We upgraded our steak to filet mignon. Not one complaint about the food and we had very picky people!!! Good Luck and have fun.
My wedding is Aug 9th and my sisters was also at the swan club on Aug 10th. So I have been through 2 food tastings and a wedding before picking out my menu. Of course the food tasting is nothing like your real entree choices. Just a few thoughts - the rosemary chicken w/ grilled vegetables (which you can get at the food tasting) as excellent. The presentation was very colorful. It is definitely a great choice for a summery wedding. My sister chose the medallions of filet mignon as her beef entree and I wasn't happy b/c it did not seem like filet mignon at all. I decided to go w/ the prime rib b/c people know what they are going to get. I also got the filet of sole stuffed w/ seafood newburg which I haven't tried yet and probably won't b/c I am not a fish eater! 1 week to go!!!! I just finished working all day on my programs, my center pieces, and my favors! and now..... the seating cards!

Does anyone know if the menus are included at the reception?
When I had my meeting I believe he told me they would be included if needed.
I am making my own...I don't think they supply them
