Hi! I have been trying to get prices from Swan Club for weeks now. It is one of my top places but I am planning from a far and can not go down there. No one has responded to may emails. Does anyone have the main contact for them so that I can try to go that route? Thanks!

My BM is Michael. I know that when I called they were able to give me a price range for the date I had in mine. But I got the 'price' when I actually met with him. Dunno if I helped any...

Yes, Jordana.
I had the opposite experience with Jordana. We were all ready to book with the Swan Club but she basically spoiled the deal for us. She was very rude, and unwilling to budge on anything we asked. She looked down on us and responded as if our questions were trivial and unimportant. Anyway, just had to vent. Maybe she was having a bad day but we the same experience with her twice. Michael was really nice. I would suggest speaking with him.
As for the price, it was decent but you didn't get much with it.

wow im really surprised. Jordana has been great with us. She always answers any questions we have and my crazy phone calls. I feel like they do offer quite a bit for the price.

HI, My daughter got married at the Swan Club last Nov. The b/m was Michael. He was nice, helpful and answered all our questions. Our maitre'd was Christian. He was just AMAZING. I was calling & emailing and he was helpful all the time. I also had contact with Jordana and she too was great to work with. No problems. The wedding was absolutely wonderful and we feel we got plenty with our package (platinum) I think their prices were very good and they offer several different packages. Our guests are still talking about it. Good luck in your planning. I'm sure it'll all work out.
