Swan Club Garden Room Brides

I know if you book the Garden ROom @ the swan club your cocktail hour is held in the pavilions...

This just seems sort of akward that guest walk out the pavilion; around the garden and then back into the pavilion for the CH. For any bride that had/is having their ceremony there and using the Garden Room-how does this really work?? It just seems like a strange process. Thanks

Hi, I am in the garden room, getting married in 90 days! (OMG) anyway, I was initially concerned about this as well, but I stopped worrying because I really liked the garden room. Its supposed to be done fast and they do it all the time. Also, since the wedding is in may the garden will look beautiful and it will give the guests a time to take in the grounds.

If that's the case, that is how it worked at my MOH's wedding...it went really smoothly and that's with nobody walking the gardens because it was raining out.

Yes-the pavilion is where the ceremony is held. Did you think it was odd when they had you go back into the Pavilion? Where did you go since it was raining?? Did you have to stand right outside the pavilion and wait to go in?

since it was raining; did you have coats?? Did you check them or keep that at your seats?? I have SO many questions for you LOL!
