SWAN CLUB? Now I'm confused. UPDATE...we now know who Edgar is!!

Who the Hades is Edgar??? I was told that Paul was the person I needed to speak with (by Paul) from here on out...I just called to schedule our menu finalization and was directed to Edgar/Edgar's voice mail. Who is Edgar and why am I leaving him a voice mail when I don't think I should???

I am calling again when I leave work. Paul told me that my menu meeting would be in April since the month before would be June and he didn't see that as a great time to do it ( I agree) he told me to call anytime if I was ready before April and that he'd call...well, I just want to knock this off the list...I've been ready for a year. heehee. i'll keep you all posted.

OK....'Edgar' is new at the Swan Club by about a month. He is now in charge of the Camelot Room formerly taken care of by Paul....Paul wished to change rooms for some reason at the same time, they were hiring Edgar...this is straight from Rob Trunz's mouth (he called my cell after I called concerned about who the hades Edgar was). Anyway, I've been reassured that he's highly qualified and has years of experiene some where ultra-swanky, he' s just new at the SC. WHEW!!!!!! what a relief. I am meeting him on Wednesday to do the menu..

by the way....FMIL has been on my case 'Make that appt. so it's done.' so i did....well, she asks when it is and i tell her next wed at 6pm....she then says well i think my Victor (FFIL) wanted some say in the menu.....well guess what??? you should've said that when you told me to make an appt!!!!! grrrr. FFIL works in the city and plays basketball on wednesdays.....he certainly wouldnt' make a 6pm meeting, it's crazy, but usually CFOs don't leave at 4 to make their son's wedding appts. whatever. if he wants input, he can tell me what they are over the weekend and then i'll go with what i've already decided anyway...heehee....i'll listen, but honestly from attending weddings over the past year, i kind of know what works and what doesn't.

Quick question . . . . do you have any idea if Jordana is still there? When FH and I booked we had her, and I was under the assumption that she would be doing all of our stuff, and we're in the Camelot room ! ! I hope she didn't leave.

I might call to see if she's still there. FH and I have a payment due soon, maybe I'll call and ask to speak to her to see if we can drop it off anytime and if we can walk around the grounds for a bit to show my daughter (although I already asked when we booked and she said yes)
