Swan CLub - Renegade
I am getting married at the Swan Club. I have never gone to a wedding there. I am wondering if guests have to walk through the reception room to get to the cocktail hour room. I am also wondering how people like the food and other stuff about the place. Does anyone know anything about liparamont renegade? Also...what is an average price to spend on flowers? Thanks, Jamie

Swan CLub - Renegade
I went to a wedding in the room upstairs room to the left. we walked through the reception room to get to the ceremony and then around the back to the cocktail hour and then up to the reception room. The food was really good. SHe had really simple flowers and they were beautiful...I think she paid about $50 each. When I went to look at the Swan Club, the wedding that day was downstairs and they had vases with great summery flowers - lots of colors and simple.

The band Renegade is an awesome band. They played my frien's wedding about two years ago and we kept forgetting they were a band because the songs sounded so much like the artists.....

Booking the Swan Club - Contessa Room (Colleen??)
I`m booking the Swan Club too! My cocktail hour will be outside, and my reception will be in the Contessa Room. I`m also having my ceremony there! Colleen, which banquet manager did you meet with? Did you go for a tasting before or after you booked it? Thanks!!!

Colleen- I am getteing married the month before you! I have to definitly go in to sample the food. I am using the fireplace room. I hope people go around outside to get to the cocktail hour room and then up to the room b/c it would be weird if they walked throught he reception room to get to the cocktail hour room. Well, either way it's a great place and I'm soo excited. It's so beautiful there. Did you book a florist yet? Jamie

I am using Renegade in 11/02. They played at my FI's brother's 8/00 wedding and they were so great. We keep going to showcases because they are so much fun to listen too. We also booked a trio through them for our ceremony. Good Luck

I am a Swan Club bride too! We have not gone for a tasting yet, but I hear that the Salmon is pretty good! Did anyone get a florist yet, or a DJ?

That sounds like such a nice idea for the ceremony. Was your ceremony at your reception location? How much doies that cost- round about. I am a little nervous about the band b/c at the showcase my parents thought they were loud and didn't like the music. My fiance absolutly loved them. We booked them b/c I figured we supply the song list. Were they good about playing music you selected? I've heard good things about them and they seem so nice and easy to talk to.

Thank you for letting me know that. It's good to know! I don't mind older guests walking through. Good luck planning. Who is your photographer/videographer? I used Cassarino's. I will let you know if I find a good/reasonable florists.Welcome New Vendors
