help! Please let me know if you've been to a wedding at the Swan Club and have anything to say about their wedding cake.... I just posted this on the BHB board.

since we're not having a V-hour, the cake will be the main dessert. It HAS to be good (and pretty!)

Make sure you tell them to put your boquet flowers on the cake. I went to a wedding there in November, and the cake came out plain white, with no decoration. I was mortified for my friend.
