Swannies..

Swannies..

Hi girls!! Just an update. I went to the SC to finalize my menu and cake. It was great. We met with Joe, he was awesome. All the food sounds amazing. Just so you know, they have place cards if any of you want them. (i didnt know that but im so excited that its one less thing i have to buy) The place looked gorgeous as usual, the people are wonderful and i just cant wait for it to be here!!! Let me know if you have any questions and maybe i have an answer. ( i asked about a million questions while i was there) Oh, and ps. i think the bathrooms are really nice!! People had mentioned that they might be really small but they didnt seem small to me at all.

Yea! Thanks for coming back here to post the update! I'd love to hear what you picked off the menu though ... hehe if you have the time of course cuz i know the list is huge!

i will agree the bathrooms are very nicely decorated but yeah, the stalls will be tough for some LOL the doors should def not open inwards! my mom and i felt the same way and we're both tiny people

i will agree the bathrooms are very nicely decorated but yeah, the stalls will be tough for some LOL the doors should def not open inwards! my mom and i felt the same way and we're both tiny people

For the entrees we picked the filet mignon, chicken wellington, shrimp scampi and the filet of sole almondine. We thought it was a good variety and i had the filet there and its really good. We also did the duet appetizer (instead of having salad and app)- we picked the fresh mozzarella and tomato. Um, what else? For dessert, we did the chocolate mousse- its amazing!!!! (and the cake of course) .

i didnt realize you could do a duet with the platinum menu.... i thought that was only for the silver

We are doing the silver menu, not platinum. We didnt feel that we needed to upgrade after seeing all the food that was available for the silver.

ooooh i thought you did platinum b/c but doesnt the silver have 3 entrees and platinum 4?

You know whats funny, thats what i originally thought too, but then he asked us for 4 so i just gave him 4. I better look into that just to make sure its right.

thanks for the info! my mom wanted to upgrade to the platinum so we did that so we'll have the 4 regardless but good for you if they happened to screw up we originally had silver with added viennese but mom really wanted the seafood boat

oh plz! your's will be great too! like you said (and i def agree with) theres plenty of food with either menu!
