Okay this is prob a dumb question - but I want to start looking for veils, shoes, etc and want to match stuff reasonably to my dress but I already have my dress and did not buy it somewhere where I could get a sample swatch to match so what should I do? can I just take a photo? it seems crazy to try to cart the dress anywhere?

I know that alot of bridal shops won't allow you to bring your dress in to their shops if it was not purchased there, even if you want to buy a veil or shoes there.
I am having the same problem with shoes. I want to order ivory ones, but I am afraid they won't be the same ivory as my dress. I got one pair already and they are way too light!
As far as a veil, all ivory tulle is the same color. So, no matter what veil you choose..order ivory and it will match.
