ok i think i might be a bridezilla at the moment ...but let me ask this question anyway
i just received the swatch for my girls dresses in the mail...and it doesnt look like what I had ordered....the color is called chili...it looks pink to me and not red
i called the store and they said the dresses have been ordered for a month now so there's not much they can do
freaking out! i dont want them to look pink
Has anyone received swatches that didnt look the same?

Was it maybe cut from one of the 'under' layers of the dress? Like a sheer layer? That might make it look a bit lighter...

is it an actual swatch of one of the bm dresses or a general sample swatch - it could just be the dye lot for that particular sample and it just came up a little more pink- especially since you said the color is chili that is in the red family - odd that it would turn up pinkish the dresses should come the way you ordered them...

maybe in the large version the dress will look red instead of pink. Have you seen a full dress in the same color in person before?

Yes...my dresses are bordeax/wine but the swatch looks more plum wine.
They came in and look more burgandy but this is what I wanted anyway! The swatch is nice too though!
Oh my swatch was from the book...not from the actual dress!

its a factory swatch
i did see another dress in the chili color and i like it ...
i am hoping that it looks darker when it is a full dress....
