Has anyone started their workout or wedding diet yet? I have started working out, I have a good 10 - 15 lbs I would like to lose before the big day, but I struggle with eating. When Im stressed I eat. Plus FH loves his fast food and his snacks. I try not to keep any in the apt but when he brings it home it is hard to say no to it.
I don't know how anyone else feels, but I am always looking for someone to check in with to make sure we stay on our diets and work out when we say we will work out.
How are you guys doing? Any plans you are following?

I think we could make a forum topic and call it 2015 BRIDES BIGGEST LOSER. Just not sure how we should go about it.

This sounds like such a good idea! I do have a spreadsheet that calculates pounds and percentage lost each week... if that's the way you girls wanted to go. Everyone would just have to email a picture of the scale each week. Otherwise, we could just post and keep each other accountable and on track.

I want to lose around 10-15 pounds myself! I started this week again counting calories on myfitnesspal.com. There is an APP also. It usually works for me!

Maybe what we can do is make a facebook group or something and the brides interested can join? This way its more private?

I love my fitness pal! I need to get back on track and start using it again. I probably want to lose 50 pounds too. The Facebook page sounds like a good idea.

Ok if you want to be in the 2015 Brides Biggest Loser group on facebook FM me. I can put it together but I have to add people to the group and we have to be facebook friends in order to do that.

Hey girls! So I made the group on facebook for our biggest loser. You can search for it under 2015 BRIDES BIGGEST LOSER and I will add you. It is a closed group so only members in the group can see everything. I like the idea of posting a picture every week of the scale to keep each other on track. I guess maybe we should officially start next Monday so it gives everyone time to join the group this week. We will do weigh-in Monday and post picture of the scale and how we did during the week. Maybe post inspiring quotes and stuff as well. We should all post before pictures also. I think that this will be fun. We all have the same goal... We can do it :)

before I started nursing school I was at the gym 4-6 times a week, but with school a job and now i'm starting a second job in April... no time!(only going during the summer):( but I'am definitely going to join for the full year and then for the rest of my life..... I already eat pretty healthy but I could probably lessen my portion size hehe.....for anyone struggling I feel like weight watches and the gym is the best way to go I see alot of success stories with my patients.
Omg I feel the same as you nursing school and work is so to e consuming. It's either study or go to the gym lol. I put sticky notes around my apartment to remind me to eat healthy especially in the kitchen since I don't have much time.

I am actually doing the T25 workout. I was originally doing the insanity but with my schedule it was kinda hard to incoporate sometime an hour workout. T25 is just 25 minutes which is perfect. I have also been doing the brazilin butt lift exercises for the honeymoon =p try not to focus so much on how many pounds you want to lose. Take it one pound at a time. Best of luck ladies and i am sure we all are going to look fabulous on our special day = )
