Sweet Sweet Nicotine

Okay, so I had a cigarette (or three) last night. And you know what, they were goooood.

Of course, when I woke up this morning I was coughing up a lung like it was my part-time job.

And I want to throw up a little right now.

Stupid addicting nicotine.

Are you doing this cold turkey? The patch worked pretty well for me.

I quit cold turkey back in August (I think I cheated and had two since then) but I was a fake smoker ... I mean, I had about 10 a day at work just to be social and get away from my desk but that was it. And I always want one whenever I am around one smoker friend ...

Other than that I used to smoke PACKS when I was depressed ...

There's this commercial on TV here where a few people are sitting around a table, all smoking, and there's this fatty cat-puke like substand dripping out of their cigarettes...supposedly this is what forms in your arteries. Don't quote me on the science-bit, but it is gro-oss!!! It makes me gag every time I see it, especially when a little bit drips on the woman's pants and she makes a face and then brushes it off and it all smears all over her black trousers....YUK!!

every time you want to light up, think of what your scarf looked like the other day - and picture it running through your veins!!! That should do it!
