switching at Harrison House to Carmella (hopefully)

Here's an update on my reception hall problem-I'm switching (hopefully, as long as when she checks her schedule she's free, to Carmella). I'm also going ahead and hiring the wedding coordinator-it' couldn't hurt. Thanks Susans for the advice. Thanks to everyone else who listed to me vent

Well, the switch isn't solid yet, so I don't want to get my hopes up. I called the general catering number and talked to the other person who often answers the phone (I'm not sure if she's a secretary or another catering manager). I just told her that we didn't like our manager and wanted to switch to Camella. She said ok and that it shouldn't be a problem....I said that I would talk to Bill to thank him for the work he's done so far though.

I made this decision right after Bill Kennedy told me that he's no longer available evenings or weekends to meet with us or to get introduced to our wedding coordinator! How ridiculous!
