switching Banquet managers? HELP!

has anyone done this? i'm not entirely happy with my BM b/c she's never there to answer any of my questions (and it's only been 3 or 4 times i've actually emailed her but they're heavy duty important ?'s).

Anyway, a new girl is there and has been answering EVERYTHING and even the office manager answered some stuff.

So mine has seriously been there for years and might do an amazing job the day of, but has not come through for the past year and a half when i needed her. And the new girl is great at answering everything now but i don't know how she'll be the day off.

What do you think?

who is ur bm?

if the other girl answers more of ur info and u feel more comfortable than i dont see the harm in switching

just switch. who have you been dealing with lately that is answering yoru stuff?
i work with Hallie and shes great!

switch... i would call the manager and express your concerns... dont let them talk you into keeping her... tell them you have your doubts and want to switch

If this new girl has been there for you, I would definitely tell the manager you want to switch. You should mention that she has been there for your throughout, gotta give credit where credit is due.

Florinda is my BM and Hallie is the one who's been helping me.



I don't want Hallie to get in trouble either b/c she's basically doing all the work and it's not her account! I'd also hate for a nice tip to go to someone who really doesn't deserve it
