Switching Jobs!

ive been annoyed at my situation at work for a while now (like 2 yrs) and just accepted a new position!

same company (just diff dept) but my title is changing (finallllllly) to asst manager. although the whole change did cause drama...im not allowed to leave until there is a replacement

stupid thing though - this all could have been avoided if they had just acknowledged all my hard work and my mba...but noooopppe. so toooooo bad.

congrats! i know what you mean... i'm getting my mba now and wondering if it's even going to make a difference at work...

Congrats! When i first started at my job, my manager had just gotten her mba ... and they didn't acknowledge it, so she left. :( It stinks when co's do that!

thanks everyone.

ppl in other depts got promoted after their mba's...i just got stuck w/ppl who were stingy and never did anything for u no matter what (but i thought they miiiiight do something since they kept saying how amazingly great i was...but nope).
