switching priests

I am getting married in my home parish and picked a priest that married my cousin. We have met with him once. He is ok as a person, but gave a good homily at my cousin's wedding and that was why I picked him. Well, I work in a Catholic School and the parish where I work just got a new pastor. I love him. He is very personable, relates everything to everyday life, and is just an awesome priest. Which leads me to a few questions:
1) Would you keep the original priest or try to switch?
2) If I did switch, is it very involved to have a priest from outside the parish come to your home parish to marry you? (keeping in mind I work in a Catholic School)
I already know I don't want two priests. Any opinions are appreciated!!
