Girls! Lets all do it on Saturday mornings in Carle Place (and then me and Colleen can go to the gym after - ha!!!!)

if you are the type of person who wants to be held accountable by someone else as means of motivation then i say go to meetings, but online is pretty good....just have yourself to answer to.....

we can be each others support :)

9 am is good for me. i usually wake up early. also, i'll have no excuse to not go to the gym right afterwards.

ps - i refuse to shower pre-WW/pre-gym...you must all deal w/ my stank @ss...

and i'm fine with this sat or next....either way!

I'm going to join this week - I'm ready to get started again. But I'll either see you ladies this week or next, but I'll def be there!!

Day after the fourth, I'll know that i have to face the scale in the morning and might behave a little better!!!

i say this sat, as i sit here w/ a can of pepsi (not diet) and a bag of doritos. and i will be eating a LOT on friday, so i know sat will be a terrible weigh in, and i'm OK w/ that. scared, but OK.

we should all wear our LIW tshirts to the meeting,

HOPEFULLY it will have the same effect on me. Even the fact that I tried on my dress and can't breath in it didnt' seem to stop me from eating baked tostitos and peach/mango salsa last night.

I was just thinking the same thing about the tshirts

I am so scared to start WW again. I start and then slowly begin cheating and failing. I've been eating super healthy lately so we'll see...
