So My Girlfriend And Her mom , who's my godmother, gave us this awesome gift for our eparty. It was a huge bag.. and first thing we opened was the envelope and it was a gift certificate for bedandbreakfast.com .. you can use at thousands of B&Bs all over the place.. The rest of the gift was all stuff for the trip.... 2 champagne flutes, wine scented pillar candles, champagne bubble bath in a beautiful leather wine case, a silk teddy for me and pjs for FH... and Slippers. It was just sooo adorable.. i loved it..
so now are trying to figure out which BnB to go to. The site has so many. We are looking at Upstate NY, Jersey, Rhode Island possibly, and Maybe Boston. We were thinking of going after thanksgiving when things will be going on for the holidays.. So.. to FINALLY get to my question..lmao.. Can anyone suggest a good B&B????? I've never been to one so i don't know where to start. TIA

I've only been to one and I highly recommend it to everyone. Its called the Red Lion Inn, in Mass. Not sure if you can use your gift cert. there but i would def. look into it. FH took me there for my bday last year and its in a cute little town with shopping not too far away and nice quiet restaurants etc. We're also going to a B&B in Salem, Mass in november. I'm looking forward to those b/c we're going to all those witch museums and haunted house tours etc. that would be something to consider too!

Salem is soooo awesome!! i looked into it for this year cause the salem inn is actually accepting the gift certificate... but everyone is booked up for the month of october .. and i like to go the weekend right before halloween cause they have so much awesome stuff going on. We're gonna look into booking something early for next year because i've been wanting to go back for so long..but i always wait to long to try and book something..lol
Thank you for the recommendation though.. i will def. look into it. This site has sooo many BnBs listed.. so i figured if i got a bunch of recommendations..something is will more than likely be on there

Re: SWR: Bed And Breakfasts????
The Cabernet Inn in North Conway, NH is amazing. Their breakfast is great, and they have muffins and cookies out all day. North Conway is a great town - lots of shopping, restaurants, and it's a short drive from Mount Washington - if you like to hike.

Re: SWR: Bed And Breakfasts????
try looking at ones in Ogunquit Maine or Kennebunkport.
Ogunquit is a small beach town that is so pretty and cute. we go there every year with my FIL's. It has shopping, food, The Marginal Way which is a beautiful coastal walk. Quaint would be the best word to describe it. All the B&B's in area I have heard are great -- when we go there is 10 of us so we stay at the resort in the area.
You are also only about 45 mins from Boston so you could go there for a day or on the way home if you wanted.
