SWR: CO-Op for sale in Kew Gardens!
My best friend and her husband are selling their co-op. It's in a nice neighborhood, zoned for good schools, and they completely redid everything. Just in case someone's iinterested...

wow they will have no problem selling it, it is so nice. I would jump on it but we are waiting until summer to buy.
