SWR: Crest white strips

do you really have to do it twice a day to get results? just curious

I'd go through the whole pack, but you can certainly use 1 strip per day. I used 1 strip per day for 14 days and I noticed a difference.

Nope! I did them once a day because they made my teeth sensitive. I did them at night. My teeth look purdy! <---Like that!

Oh we used the 'Premium Plus'.

I started yesterday at my '13 days to go mark'

I didn't know you had to do it twice a day. and now having done it once and 1/2 way through my 2nd time, there is no WAY that I could do this at the office I am practically drooling on myself

I did it in the shower.

I think you can choose twice a day for seven days or once a day for fourteen days.

I put them in at night after work. I also started them right before the wedding. On the weekend I put 2 in on one day, but it made my teeth a little sensitive and made the part of my gums in between the top of my teeth really dry. I couldn't imagine putting them in anywhere but home. I'd just sit down on the couch for 1/2 hour and do nothing while they were on my teeth. It's a pain, but worth it.
