SWR: Finding out what will be served on flight

We are flying United (first class) to Denver on our way to our honeymoon. It is an early flight, so we get breakfast. I'm trying to find out what will be served because there are some foods that my FH cannot eat due to medical reasons. (If they are serving something that he cannot eat, then he can either order another type of breakfast or eat something before he gets on the plane). I have called United's 800 number twice and the customer service representatives had no idea.

I wouldn't think that the menu changes daily.



Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

You can special order a meal for him.
Airlines have all types of special meals - diabetic, kosher, low sodium, halal, vegeterian, vegan

I believe that it has to be ordered no less than 24 hours prior.

I asked what was included in the other types of meals and they could not tell me that either.

Their website doesn't show specifics either.

I think that he should eat something before we get on the plane...just to be on the safe side.
