I bit my nails as a kid. I quit by getting fake nails. You can't bite them. Good luck!

I think they sell nail polish that tastes icky to help break kids of that habit....
or
start going for regular manicures, you won't want to ruin the newly painted nailsf you just paid for......

I used to be a horrible nail biter--until I managed to refrain for a few days and then I had my nail wrapped. Never bit them again--it required too much effort!!!!!

Ugh, that's FH's problem, too! If you come up with any solutions, please let me know. I can't bear the thought of standing up with him at the wedding and I'm all teary and he can't say his vows because his finger is in his mouth!

if you go to a drug store-in the nail section-they makes this stuff that you put on yuor cuticles and nails-when you bite them it tastes so bad-like pepper and your mouth burns...

You know I pick them more than I bite. I go through fazes with it. Sometimes I do it and then I won't for a while. Maybe it's nerves.
