SWR - kind of personal

so i went to they gyno on thursday
ive been taking prenatal vitamins for a few months but it was more because they help your hair and nails - i got them over the counter

most of you know that FH and i dont want to wait to get pregnant so the doctor said everything was perfect and started me on different vitamins called Rainbow Light
they are not prescription so they are a little more $$ since you cant use insurance to pay for them but im so excited that we can actually start 'trying' in 5 months!!!!

just wanted to share

so im taking the vitamins and charting my temperature
the doctor said that i stopped the pill at just the right time since it could take at least 5 months for my cycles to be regular

Thats so exciting! Are Rainbow Light just another kind of prenatal vitamin or do they do something different? I've never heard of them and we'd like a honeymoon baby as well, so I'm just starting to read up on all this stuff....

well, its actually a company they have regular multi vitamins as well, but she recommended their prenatal vitamins over the prescription ones
she said they are the best out there
i googled the company and ordered them, i actually found them cheaper on drugstore. com

she also said that it is really important to take them PRIOR to getting pregnant because there is folic acid in them and that the folic acid MUST already be in your body BEFORE you get pregnant because it prevents many birth defects

Thanks for the website info, that's good info to file away. I take prenatals for the same thing you were originally taking them for as well, hair and nails, also it doesn't hurt to get me all 'pre-natally'. I'm going to ask my gyn about the Rainbow pills as well. Thanks!!

LOL only if having children destroys my body! I was anti them but I see so many women that gain their confidence back through plastic surgery and I think it's amazing.
