had court jesters announce her and escort her into her party, throwing rose petals...
had about 11 hip hop dancers...
has a huge plasma screen t.v. on the dance floor...
had some hip hop star show up (I guess he was famous... I wouldn't know)...
AND got a Beamer as a surprise.
even if I didn't have food poisoning, THIS would have made me throw up...
i can't even IMAGINE what her wedding will look like!

funny story - my 13 yo cousin, told her mom, that she didn't have to throw her a huge sweet 16 party - to which my aunt said, i wasn't planning on it, but she can just get her a car!!
she can't even legally drive at 16, what does she need a car for?
and i hate all those 'reality' wedding/sweet 16 shows...as if teenagers aren't under enough pressure

The show is entertaining, BUT I agree it does put A LOT of pressure on parents and younger girls who can not afford such a party.

it is on now. this show is so laughable. DH and i always make fun of the girl's voice who said 'mooommm, daaad took away my credit card'. i feel like less of a bridezilla when i watch this show. lol. i didnt even have a sweet sixteen. i chose to get a stereo instead.
