SWR: so proud of myself woohoo
Okay so i L O V E all Easter candy - but for the entire Easter season I did not have ON Cadbury Egg. . .and all I bought was ONE of those purple bags with the chocolate eggs with the candy shell. . . and it lasted me like three weeks.
I told everyone NOT to buy me any candy for Easter and everyone listened. But they all got my nieces and nephews candy - and they don't eat it. So i collected it all in a bag after everyone left and threw it out
THEN i got all the desserts and made plates for everyone in my family to take home so we only have one small box of desserts left instead of the TEN that came into the house yesterday
AND today i forgot my lunch so instead of totally pigging out like I would usually do with that excuse I bought a slim fast shake!
Oh yeah and yesterday - I wouldnt let anyone serve me. I put what i wanted in my plate - drew a line down the middle and put half back. I TASTED everything but had only a tiny portion. And I only had one dessert but split it
I am so happy - I have changed the way I eat over the past few months. . .I actually leave food on my plate and instead of feeling guilty I just throw it out right away so I don't feel like i HAVE to clean my plate.
I already feel less bloated!
