Warning: Gettting this out of my system so I stop being a lazy arssss etd:: I dont hate my trainer.. only when I am sore like this! I have been working with a triainer to tone and firm up. She is great and it is basically through my insurance! But between working 2 jobs, where I am lifting, bending and on my feet all day, and meeting up with her for 2 hours a week...I am beat and sore! BUT.... I am seeing results! So with that... I am going to stop complaining! and take the dog for a walk before I go to work!

if you're sore and beat up thats a great sign bc it means its working...it s*cks but the results will be worth it.

That is awesome that you are seeing results. Is your insurance company paying for some of it? If so, what insurance do you have? I can't even get mine to pay for the BC I take.
