SWR Weight Loss Tea

I found this Tea in the natural foods aisle at Stop and Shop the other night and I have to share it with you. It's called Yogi Tea, and the kind I bought is for Fasting. It is a Weight Loss Support Tea. I had 3 glasses in the past two days and already lost a pound and a half. I know that is mostly water weight, but I'll take it! I hope you check it out!!!!!!!

green tea has done nothing for me- I read that you have to drink 8 glasses a day

I might try this tea- I bought the yogi tea for stomach aches- it worked well

wow i guess everyone is different I can swear by green tea

how does it taste

The taste is pretty good. It is mostly fennel seed and licorice root. Kind of sweet tasting too. I'm drinking another glass now......

you just drink the tea and eat right....

I think it's more the eating right then the tea- your giving the tea all the credit when it's really you working hard to eat right

everyone is always looking for the 'magic' pill or tea in this case- instead of wanting to believe that you are the one doing it

I am the same way- I really don't get it

one mugful in the morning like at 7am
then another at 1030am
